Occasionally unforeseen demand or supply issues may result in stock being unavailable. We will contact you on placement of your order, and offer you the opportunity to cancel, change your order or wait for stock to come in. General Liability: To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Little Tots be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, loss of profit or consequential, indirect or incidental damages in relation to any product. Refunds and Exchanges: Wrong size - If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size, please contact us at orders@littletots.com.au or call on 0417 22 00 29 within Australia or +61 417 22 00 29 for International within 7 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent an email with instructions on returning the garment. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the new size will be dispatched. Please note there will be another delivery charge to be paid. If you receive a faulty product, please notify orders@littletots.com.au immediately and the item will be exchanged for you. |
